Save on Taxes

Yes, it's tax time again, and with that, a good time to try to save on taxes; rather than tell you how to save on income tax, here's a different tax that you can save on, at least in NY, by doing one simple thing:  when at a restaurant where they ask you whether food is for take out or staying in, tell them take out; here's why: many times, certain food items that would be taxed if staying are not taxed when taking out.  For example, a danish or uncut bagel at Panera for example, would be taxed if staying, but isn't if taking out.  Why pay the extra 8 cents or so per dollar?  It all adds up!
